The calligraphy-inspired drawings of Romon K Yang, better known as Rostarr, have risen to fame, with collaborations including a collection with Nike, and the rooftop of The Standard Hotel in New York City. His works - spanning film, sculpture, painting, paper and digital - evoke ethereal dreams and push the limits of pattern, repetition and colour.
This exhibition catalogue documents Rostarr’s 2018 artshow “PAREIDOLIC BEHAVIOUR” at the agnès b.‘s Howard boutique in New York City. At the exhibition, the Brooklyn-based artist created a new series of drawings that were transformed into neon light artworks, alongside archival pieces from his sketchbook spanning 1998-2018, in addition to live painting a 40-foot mural inside the store.
Keep your books in a stable, moderate environment and away from direct sunlight and other high intensity light. Clean your books regularly by dusting with a plain soft cloth. And avoid pulling on the top of the spine when removing books from shelves, as this can cause the top of the book’s spine to break and detach over time.
